These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3d333 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the 3d333 website and all services, games, promotions and features offered through it. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on 3d333, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from gambling at the time of registration or at any point during your membership.
• KYC verification: 3d333 may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

2. Account Responsibilities

As the registered holder of your 3d333 account, you bear full responsibility for all activity carried out through it, including all wagers placed, deposits made and communications sent.

• Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3d333 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Prompt notification: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify 3d333 support immediately. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation at 3d333's discretion.
• Account transfers: Your 3d333 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 3d333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee, subject to prior notice to the account holder.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 3d333 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.
• Accepted payment methods: 3d333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawal verification: KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. 3d333 may request supporting documentation at any time prior to releasing funds.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 working days. 3d333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Payment method matching: Where technically possible, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 3d333 may require this to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

3d333 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions or other incentive schemes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3d333 may exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion. Players must not hold an active self-exclusion in order to claim a bonus.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account to which they are credited. They may not be transferred to another player or account, or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering route.
• Bonus abuse: 3d333 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account, if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated behaviour designed to circumvent promotion terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed and games played on 3d333. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules presented within the game interface itself.

• Confirmed wagers: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 3d333 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of each wager before confirming.
• System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 3d333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers. Winnings derived from system errors will not be honoured.
• RNG and RTP: All casino games on 3d333 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the relevant game providers and are not modified by 3d333.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 3d333 to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any financial crime is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions will be reported in accordance with applicable law.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting bots or engaging in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating or using more than one account on 3d333 for any reason is prohibited. This includes using a family member's account or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Underage access: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or to gamble using your credentials is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made on 3d333 is prohibited. Where a chargeback is initiated, 3d333 reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any amounts owed.

7. Limitation of Liability

3d333 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors. While reasonable steps are taken to maintain service availability, scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect access. 3d333 will endeavour to restore full service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

8. Responsible Gaming

3d333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income, resolving financial problems or coping with personal difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed. Limits may be reduced at any time with immediate effect.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out from 3d333 for a period of their choosing, typically 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out the account is suspended and cannot be used to place wagers or access games.
• Self-exclusion: Players who need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account will be closed and the player prevented from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to 3d333 support and will be actioned within 24 hours.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

3d333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered players via the platform or by email. Your continued use of 3d333 following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3d333 in relation to your use of the platform. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version prevails. 3d333 operates as an online gaming platform and does not claim any specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. Players access the platform voluntarily and accept full responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
